For the first time in seven years, we're making a pricing change. This page explains what's changing, why, and what it means for your account.

Dear customer,

We started GoVisually because we believed creative teams deserved a better way to review and approve work. You believed in that too — early on, before we were the product we are today. That means a lot to us.

We've never updated our pricing in over seven years. In that time we've quietly shipped over 200 features, expanded storage, improved everything — and passed none of that cost on to you. We were glad to do it.

But the reality is, the cost of running GoVisually has grown significantly — infrastructure, support, the team behind it — and the price you're on today no longer covers what we provide. We've held on as long as we responsibly could.

So we're making a pricing update. I want to be upfront about it, explain it properly, and make sure you feel it's fair — because your trust matters more to us than anything else.

As a long-term customer, you'll continue to pay less than anyone joining GoVisually today. That's our way of saying thank you for being here from the beginning.

Honestly, we held on as long as we could. When you first signed up, the pricing made sense for the business. Over the past seven years, everything around us got more expensive — infrastructure, the support team, development — and we chose to absorb all of it rather than pass it on. We did that because we genuinely valued having you with us. But we've reached a point where it's no longer sustainable to continue investing in and building a great experience at the old price — and that's something we're not willing to compromise on.

Yes, genuinely. New customers pay more per seat than you will on this updated plan. We didn't want to just flip a switch and move you to standard pricing — that felt wrong. You took a chance on us early, and this is our way of honouring that.

You'll get a personal email from us with the exact details for your account — including any prorated amount and when it applies. We've tried to make it as fair as possible, and if anything feels unclear or doesn't sit right with you, just reply to that email. A real person will respond, and we'll work through it together.

More than we can list here, honestly. Since you first joined we've shipped over 200 features — multi-stage approval workflows, approval checklists, version comparison, custom fields, message templates, bulk operations, and a lot of behind-the-scenes improvements that just make things work better.
